Frequently Asked Questions
Typically, an adjustment is painless. The severity of the condition will determine if there is residual discomfort or soreness after the adjustment. Dr. Gurcak and Dr. Bragg will discuss this with you should it apply to your case.
Currently most health insurances cover chiropractic care. If you have a specific question about your coverage, please contact our office. Should your insurance not cover chiropractic, our office has several different financial plans.
A new patient visit will take approximately 30-45 minutes. We prefer to allow that amount of time for you to adequately describe your condition to us. A regular office visit lasts about 20 minutes.
Only good health! Chiropractic is a safe and effective option for most people. If Dr. Gurcak or Dr. Bragg do not feel you are a good candidate for chiropractic care, they will inform you as soon as possible.
The number of visits depends on the severity of your condition. A thorough consultation and exam will help the doctor determine the appropriate course of treatment. A number of our patients choose to continue on a maintenance plan after their situations have been resolved because they see the benefits of the care. Feel free to discuss the topic more in-depth with the doctors when you come in for your new patient consultation.
